Unconscious Bias Online Training
Unconscious prejudices can prove to be an obstacle for students and employees to develop their individual potential in the best possible way. In order to prevent such unconscious bias, many top international universities have introduced mandatory training for their teaching staff and employees. Building on the recommendations and expertise of many of our members, we have developed the TUM Unconscious Bias Online Training, which includes various practical and case examples from our own everyday university life.
