Agnes-Mackensen-Program
Support programme for women with a non-academic background and care leavers
TUM's Agnes-Mackensen-Program specifically supports first-generation female academics and care leavers by promoting their leadership skills and personal development. By combining the diversity dimensions of gender and social background, it contributes to raising awareness within TUM and strengthens equal opportunities.
Women in STEM Round Table
With the ‘Women in STEM Round Table’ format, TUM presents inspiring role models and makes STEM careers more tangible in order to encourage and support FINTA individuals. All FINTA bachelor's and master's students as well as doctoral and postdoctoral candidates at TUM, as well as pupils interested in STEM and thus women, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people are invited. We want to learn from each other's experiences and establish new networks through the event series.
TUM Family Service
