Support programme for women with a non-academic background and care leavers

Women in STEM Round Table
The ‘Women in STEM Round Table’ event series offers you as a FINTA employee the opportunity to meet inspiring role models, exchange ideas about career paths and receive support for your professional future.
TUM Counselling Network
Since 2017, the TUM Counselling Network has been offering all employees with counselling responsibilities the opportunity to exchange ideas and receive further training on topics such as mental health, conflict resolution, self-care and counselling techniques, based on the wishes of the participants.
Gender & Diversity Incentive Fund
TUM's Gender & Diversity Incentive Fund (GDIF) offers employees the opportunity to initiate and promote diversity measures in order to support an inclusive and equality-oriented university culture and further strengthen diversity at TUM.
TUM Diversity & Gender Equality Plan
The TUM Diversity & Gender Equality Plan fosters gender equality and diversity in order to create an inclusive environment in which everyone can fulfil their potential. The implementation of the measures is regularly reviewed and further developed.
