Agnes-Mackensen-Program
Support program for women with a non-academic background and care leavers
TUM's Agnes-Mackensen-Program specifically supports first-generation female academics and care leavers by promoting their digital, scientific and entrepreneurial leadership skills. By combining the diversity dimensions of gender and social background, it contributes to raising awareness within TUM and strengthens equal opportunities.
