Laura Bassi Fellowship

The TUM Gender Equality Officer offers the Laura Bassi Fellowship to support outstanding women in science. The fellowship is named after the first female scientist, Laura Bassi, to earn a professorship (Physics) at a university in Europe.

Female scientists can apply for a one year funding scholarship in order to get equipped for a professorship at an advanced stage of their academic career.

The funding is provided by the government of Bavaria and is managed by the TUM Gender Equality Officer for the enhancement of female scientists
