Holiday Care at the TUM
The TUM Family Service is organizing exciting vacation care at the TUM Campus Munich and Garching in 2025. In four vacation weeks and on the puplic Holiday (Buß- und Bettag) children aged 6 to 11 (1st to 5th grade) can expect a varied program with games, creativity and new experiences. The programmes are professionally organized and run by an external agency.
The program is offered exclusively to the children of TUM employees and students.

In the first week of Pfingsten (10 - 13.06.2025), the TUM Family Service, in cooperation with the agency R.U.F., is organizing an exciting vacation program for children aged 6 to 11 years under the motto “Vom Korn zum Brot”.
The vacation program takes place on the TUM Campus Munich (Barerstr. 21) and Garching (Walther-Meißner-Str. 1) and offers numerous exciting activities for our young scientists.

The offer is aimed exclusively at the children of TUM employees and students.
Participation fee: € 78.40 per child incl. lunch fee and excursion.
Max. 20 places available per location.
The vacation program will only take place if a minimum number of 15 children is reached at the respective locations. Please register your child(ren) until 20.05.2025.

In the first week of the summer holidays (August 4–8, 2025), the TUM Family Service, in cooperation with the agency R.U.F., is organizing an exciting holiday program for children aged 6 to 11, all about the theme “The World of Water.”
The program will take place at the TUM campuses in Munich (Barerstr. 21) and Garching (Boltzmannstr. 3), offering numerous exciting activities for our young budding scientists.

This offer is exclusively for the children of TUM employees and students. Participation fee: €95.90 per child, including meals and an excursion.
Maximum of 20 spots available per location.
The program will only take place if a minimum of 15 children per location register.

During the autumn holiday week from November 3 to 7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, the TUM Family Service, in cooperation with Linos Freunde*, is organizing a colorful and exciting holiday program for children aged 6 to 11 years.
The program will take place at the TUM campuses in Munich (Barerstr. 21) and Garching (Walther-Meißner-Str. 1). Children can look forward to a varied week filled with creative workshops, exciting experiments, excursions, and plenty of time for play and movement – both indoors and outdoors.

Maximum capacity: 20 children per location.

On November 19, 2025, the Public Holiday “Buß- und Bettag”, the TUM Family Service, in cooperation with Linos Freunde*, is organizing a varied day program from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for children aged 6 to 11 years.
The program will take place at the TUM campuses in Munich (Barerstr. 21) and Garching (Walther-Meißner-Str. 1). Children can look forward to exciting research stations, delicious smoothies, and plenty of time for play and movement – indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.
