The course will be taught by men, creating a depolarizing environment for a freer exchange of ideas. We will cover topics including implicit bias, work culture, effective communication, and dealing with pushback. For each topic, we will discuss best practices, allow for discussion of relevant examples, and provide guidance for future activities.
