How to make it to the top! | Even though much has changed in Germany’s boardrooms since the introduction of the women’s quota, the country has much catching up to do regarding women in top positions. This panel gives a stage to TUM Alumnae who are currently sitting on supervisory boards. We will hear about their careers and experiences, what a boardmember actually does, how to achieve such a job and why it is worth pursuing positions of power and influence.
