The successful candidate will have demonstrated an internationally recognized research program as well as outstanding academic records and is expected to perform cutting-edge research not only in the traditionally predominant diversity dimension “gender”, but he or she will also show competence in all other diversity dimensions which are relevant within interdisciplinary research in this area. A special reference to science and engineering is desirable. A proven ability to attract competitive national and international funding is expected.
