This event aims to help and motivate women in the areas of computer science and engineering to build a TUM community. It takes place at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and is organized as part of the Anita Borg Alumni Community Birthday Celebration, which is supported by Google.
All female Master/PhD/PostDoc members of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at TUM are cordially invited to this event and are welcome to talk and discuss about your experiences of pursuing a Master/PhD/PostDoc for an academic career or to work in industry and network.
You can ask questions and discuss with:
- Prof. Dongheui Lee, Head of the chair of Dynamic Human-Robot-Interaction for Automation Systems,
- Dr. Sara E. Adams (DPhil. Oxon.) Google software engineer or
- Dr. Christina Lichtenthäler, Software Team Lead, Autoliv Active Safety.
The event takes place on the afternoon of Friday 19th February, 2016 at 5 p.m (Location: Karlstrasse 45, 2nd floor at Institute for Cognitive Systems, room 2026). This event will be held in English.
