This is why TUM pursues a holistic approach to implementing the Gender & Diversity Strategy through the central Staff Unit Diversity & Inclusion of the Senior Vice President for Talent Management & Diversity, Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus.
We work closely together with the Gender Equality Officers for Women in Science (Women's Representatives), the Equal Opportunities Officers, the Vice Deans for Talent Management and Diversity and the respective Diversity Offices of the Schools. We are also in constant dialogue with all other departments involved in equal opportunities, diversity and anti-discrimination at TUM.
