Gender & Diversity at TUM
The Technical University of Munich cultivates a university culture of appreciation, openness and diversity. That is why TUM takes a holistic approach to implementing its Gender & Diversity Strategy. Two central units, the Gender Equality Office and the Staff Unit Diversity & Equal Opportunities, develop, shape and support this strategy with their business units listed below.
We work closely with the Gender Equality Officers in our Schools / Faculties, Vice Deans for Talent Management and Diversity and the respective Diversity Offices of the Schools / Faculties. Furthermore, we are in constant exchange with all other offices that are committed to the topics of equal opportunities, diversity and anti-discrimination at TUM.
