Executive Vice President for Talent Management & Diversity

Claudia Peus has been Professor of Research and Science Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since 2011. Since 2017, she has served as Executive Vice President for Talent Management and Diversity, and since 2019, she has been the Founding Director of the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning (TUM IL³). In 2026, she was re-elected by the University Council as Executive Vice President and will continue to serve on TUM’s Executive Board for another term of office. 

Professor Peus’ research focuses on leadership and leadership development in the digital age, the management of research and academic organizations, and diversity within organizations. Her work aims to advance evidence-based approaches to leadership, foster organizational excellence, and promote inclusive and diverse work environments.
